This Privacy Policy explains how Bit & Byte solutions ltd ("Livpure Bangladesh", "we", "us"), the authorised distributor of Livpure products in Bangladesh, handles personal information collected through livpurebd.com.
Information we collect
- Demo and enquiry requests: your name, phone number, city, the product you are interested in and any message you write.
- Orders: your name, phone number, delivery address and city, the product and quantity, and — for bKash or Nagad payments — the sender number and transaction ID you enter.
- Refer & Earn: your name and phone number, your referral code, the number of times your referral link is opened, and the name and phone number of friends who order using your code.
- Cookies: a referral cookie (
lp_ref) that remembers which referral link brought you to the site so the referrer can be credited. We do not use advertising cookies.
We do not collect or store card numbers. Card payments, where offered, are processed by the payment gateway on its own secure pages.
How we use it
- To contact you about your demo request or order, deliver and install the product, and provide warranty service.
- To verify bKash / Nagad payments against the transaction details you provide.
