These terms apply to purchases made through livpurebd.com, operated by Bit & Byte solutions ltd, the authorised distributor of Livpure products in Bangladesh. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We try to keep prices, stock and specifications accurate; if an error is found after you order, we will contact you before confirming, and you may cancel without charge.
Orders
An order is confirmed only after our team calls or messages you to verify it. We may decline an order if the product is unavailable, the details cannot be verified, or payment cannot be confirmed.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash and Nagad. For bKash / Nagad, enter the sender number and transaction ID at checkout; the order is processed once the payment is verified.
Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation are arranged by our team after confirmation. Timelines shown on the site are typical and may vary by location, stock and access to the installation site. Please inspect the product at delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on each product page and warranty card. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, incorrect electrical supply, or use of non-genuine parts or filters. Consumables such as filters and membranes are covered only where stated.
Refer & Earn
Referral rewards are credited only for confirmed, delivered and paid orders placed with a valid referral code. We may withhold rewards for self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent sign-ups, and may change or end the programme with notice on this site.
